Shipping policy
- All UK orders are shipped via DPD or DHL.
- International orders are shipped via DHL , usually these are a next day service. Please contact us for confirmation prior to ordering.
- Customers within the UK will be charged VAT at 20% which is included in the price at checkout.
- For customers in the European Union, we now deliver all goods with any duties or import VAT already paid. The checkout price is the final price customers in the EU pay, which will result in orders not being held in customs. Please note, in rare instances, random inspections can occur at customs. Orders will be dispatched with DHL. We are in continual communication with couriers to ensure as quick and efficient deliveries as possible.
- Customers outside the UK and EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes.
